
INGREDIENTS

1/3 c rolled oats

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp peanut butter cup G Butter

1/3 c natural peanut butter

1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 c unsweetened shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients ingredients into a food processor or high performing blender and blitz until all ingredients are combined.

You will have to stop to scrape the sides often.

Roll the the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and then roll in shredded coconut.

Repeat until you have used all the dough.

Chill bites in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
