
INGREDIENTS

1 c whole wheat flour

1/4 c unsweetened applesauce

1 egg, whole

1 tsp molasses
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 c almod milk
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
5 tbsp Brownie Batter G Butter

1 graham cracker, crushed
-
10 mini marshmallows
DIRECTIONS

Whisk together the egg, oil, vanilla extract, molasses, applesauce and almond milk until fluffy.

Add in the flour, baking soda and baking powder and continue mixing until combined.

Cook pancakes 1/4 cup at a time until golden brown.

Layer pancakes with G Butter and top with more G Butter, crushed graham cracker and mini marshmallows.
